Ltd. is a major Hungarian contracting and engineering company with traditions of customer-oriented approach of more than a half century. Power & Process Cooling and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems make the backbone of GEA EGI`s contracting business. The company also provides a wide variety of engineering services in these two areas, as well as in the field of combined heat and power generation.

GEA EGI's core competence is indigenous development and worldwide contracting of indirect dry cooling systems (Heller® System) for steam cycles of fossil fired, nuclear or solar power plants. The company also produces wet cooling systems, dry and dry/deluged auxiliary air coolers (turbine oil coolers & cooling water modules), combined dry-wet cooling systems, wet-to-dry cooling conversions, dry sections for plume-free hybrid cooling towers and air fin coolers for the oil & gas industry.

GEA EGI is EPC-contractor for small and medium size power plants. As for BOP systems, apart from water treatment systems of various kinds, the company's pride is also an indigenous high concentration dense slurry (HCDS) system called CIRCUMIX®, applied for environment-friendly handling and disposal of firing residuals of coal fired power plants.

GEA EGI holds various ISO, ASME and TÜV qualifications. The company is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of power and process air coolers based on its own development and technology.
